GDS Partners are recruiting for an experienced SHE Advisor to join a leading M&E Contractor on a major Data Centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction Health & Safety professional with a strong M&E background to join a major European project, with an attractive living-away package and rotation.
The Role As SHE Advisor, you will work closely with the project management, site and subcontractor teams to maintain high Health & Safety standards throughout the delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities: - Carry out regular site inspections, audits and Health & Safety assessments.
- Review and monitor RAMS and safe systems of work.
- Support site teams with the identification and management of construction risks.
- Monitor M&E contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project H&S requirements.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across the project.
- Maintain relevant H&S documentation and reporting.
- Work closely with project management to drive continuous improvement in site safety performance.
Requirements - 3+ years' experience in Construction Health & Safety.
- M&E construction experience is essential.
- Previous Data Centre experience is highly advantageous.
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of RAMS, site inspections, audits and incident investigation.
- Ability to work effectively with project teams, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Right to work in Europe is required.
Salary & Package - €60,000 – €70,000
