Electrical Project Manager on behalf of a leading
M&E Contractor for a permanent position based in
London.

They have built an excellent reputation for delivering complex M&E installations safely, on time, and to the highest standards, working alongside leading clients, Main Contractors and consultants.

- Opportunity to manage electrical packages on a range of commercial fit-out projects.
- Join a leading M&E Contractor with an excellent pipeline of work.
- Salary of circa £60,000 - £65,000 + Package (DOE).
- Permanent position with excellent long-term career progression.
Main Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To: - Manage electrical installation projects from pre-construction through to practical completion and final handover.
- Plan and programme electrical works in line with the overall project schedule.
- Liaise with clients, Main Contractors, architects, M&E consultants, and other trades to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Manage site labour, subcontractors, and material procurement.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and change orders.
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with BS 7671, Building Regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage O&M manuals, test certificates, and project handover documentation.
- Attend client, site, and progress meetings, providing regular project updates.
- Identify project risks and implement solutions to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
To Be Successful in Your Application, You Will Possess the Following: - Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E or commercial construction sector.
- Relevant Qualification (Third Level degree or Equivalent)
- Strong background in delivering commercial fit-out projects.
- Excellent understanding of electrical installations and current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
- Experience managing project programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to successfully deliver multiple projects.
