Our client is a well-established Main Contractor specialising in the delivery of large-scale mission-critical Data Centre projects across Europe, Scandinavia, and the UK. About the role: - Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

- Salary of €60,000 - €70,000 + Living Abroad Package.

Main duties will include, but not be limited to: - Support the delivery of all Environmental, Health & Safety activities across major Data Centre projects.
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Review and monitor RAMS and other Health & Safety documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and relevant Health & Safety legislation.
- Support incident investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Promote a positive Health & Safety culture across all site activities.
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and Health & Safety briefings.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance with project Health & Safety standards.
- Maintain accurate Health & Safety records and prepare reports for project management.
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure best practice is maintained at all times.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years' experience in an EHS, Health & Safety, or SHEQ role within the construction or engineering sector.
- A relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent).
- Experience in Data Centre, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
